Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve ensuring system availability, incident resolution, and production stability for our trading and risk management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support Murex applications to ensure high uptime and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within agreed timelines.
  • Perform log analysis, root-cause identification, and provide permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • Direct experience with Murex, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
