The role of a Digital Commerce Engineer is pivotal in the success of our organization's online charging systems.

With at least 4-5 years of experience in a solution architect role, focused on Matrixx online charging system, you will be expected to bring profound understanding of online and offline charging principles.

Designing and implementing solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP) is a key responsibility, along with strong work experience in Matrixx Product offer configurations.

You should have expertise in configuring catalog items, product offers, bundles, and notifications for price plans, as well as experience in extending Matrixx Data containers and event files as per requirements.

Familiarity with Datadog and Grafana for application monitoring and proficiency in Python & Shell scripting are essential skills.

Additionally, hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms, along with expertise in 3GPP standards for charging, including Diameter interfaces (Gy, Gx, Sy) and 5G Service Based Architecture (SBA) interfaces (Nchf), is necessary.

Experience with Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) / Policy Control Function (PCF) integration and implementing Online Charging for 5G services, integrating with other network components, and configuring AVPs as per requirements, is also required.

A deep knowledge of telecom networking protocols and web service protocols, along with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and deploying applications on public/private AWS cloud platforms, is a must.

We are seeking someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can create high-quality technical documentation and present to leadership teams effectively.
