Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality software products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test automation strategies, overseeing the technological delivery of automation solutions, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test automation strategies to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Oversee the technological delivery of automation solutions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.

Requirements:

  • 10-14 years of overall testing experience, with at least 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages, as well as proficiency in QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUI.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab/Jenkins, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Sound knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile/BDD/DevOps.
