Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Finance team as an Associate Manager - Record to Report.

This role is responsible for managing General Ledger accounting and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

  1. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably in a SAP environment, and be able to prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Good understanding of Consolidation of Financials with multiple subsidiaries both domestic and international.
  • Deep understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IND AS, GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Intercompany eliminations and reconciliation as a pre-requisite to Consolidated Financial Statements.

  • Collaborate with business units to resolve intercompany discrepancies and issues.
  • Collaborate with Group companies and Holding Company reporting.
Qualifications

Candidates must be Chartered Accountants with 5-7 years of experience in accounting and record to report functions. Listed company experience is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of IndAS, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and FEMA.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems - SAP.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines as required for a Listed Entity reporting.
