Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Professional to manage our US client base.

  • This is a highly responsible role, requiring the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide high-quality financial services to our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax compliance, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple US clients.
  • Record journal entries, general ledger adjustments, and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per US GAAP.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company balances.
  • Support preparation of management reports and financial dashboards for clients.
Taxation & Compliance:
  • Assist with US tax filings, sales tax returns, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in US Accounting / Outsourcing / KPO industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
