Job Title: Senior Accounting SpecialistAccounting Operations Manager Job DescriptionThis is a comprehensive accounting role requiring expertise in various financial operations.We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage our company's financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial regulations, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
    • Oversee cash flow, prepare and verify Purchase & Sales Bills, matching with POs, invoices, and supplementary bills.
    • Manage creditors, make vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS.
    • Handle LC documentation and liaise with bankers for daily operations.
    • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
    • Compute salaries and wages, maintain Salary and Attendance Registers.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Compute TDS and payment, e-file returns, issue Form 16/16A, advance tax computation, ITR filing.
    • Register, amend, generate challans, file GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, refunds, audits, and E-Way bills.
    • Make monthly contributions, generate UAN, transfers/withdrawals, employee registration under PF/ESI.
    • Fulfill VAT/CST, Excise Duty – filing, reconciliations, and audit support.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum) or Master's degree in Finance or Accounts (preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple statutory timelines.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Financial Regulations:
    • Familiarity with Income Tax Act, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provident Fund (PF), and Employees' State Insurance (ESI).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with Tally, ERP systems, and other accounting software.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external parties.
