At Webboombaa, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to oversee all teams and drive brand growth strategies. As an Ad Agency Manager & Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for managing client deliverables, streamlining operations, and developing creative brand strategies that elevate client success.

This role requires a strong leader who can ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. You will oversee and manage multiple teams, assign and track tasks, optimize workflows, and resolve internal bottlenecks.

In this position, you will act as the go-to person for all client projects, ensuring smooth execution and communication. You will develop and enforce timelines, quality benchmarks, and creative standards for all deliverables, working closely with Account Managers and Clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

You will also be responsible for developing brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies for clients, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to shape brand strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute impactful brand campaigns, optimizing brand storytelling, communication, and digital engagement to enhance visibility.

We are looking for a strategic thinker, creative leader, and team motivator with 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or agency management. If you have a passion for digital marketing, team leadership, and brand-building, this is the role for you.
