At Talentiser, we are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Director to drive and manage our multidisciplinary marketing team. As a seasoned marketing leader, you will craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor teams across content, design, performance marketing, SEO, website, and marketing automation, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Content & Brand Positioning: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content to strengthen brand authority and engagement.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns across platforms, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
  • SEO & Website Optimization: Ensure SEO best practices are implemented to drive organic traffic growth, overseeing website enhancements for improved user experience and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor marketing performance through key KPIs, generate insights, and continuously refine strategies for improvement.

We require a candidate with 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position. Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams is essential, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and performance-driven campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are also necessary.
