Job Overview:

The Placement Manager role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for securing new clients and facilitating students' placements and internships.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in strategizing and achieving successful career outcomes for graduating students through campus recruitment.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet individual targets for recruitment, summer internships, and live projects.
  • Identify and prioritize candidates with connections in the media and journalism industry to enhance our placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including alumni, faculty, administration, marketing, and admissions teams, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior professionals in HR and functional leaders to establish strong networks within the corporate community.
  • Drive business growth by developing new placement partners based on placement load and managing existing partners for repurchase.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our placement processes to meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. A high degree of integrity and preference for Edtech industry experience are also highly valued. Knowledge of industry demographics is an added advantage.
