Job Title: Product Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 0-5 years of experience in pharma and instrumentation projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience in pharma and instrumentation projects.
  • Patient listening skills to understand customer queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate Caliber products to customers.
  • Perform on-site build installations and configurations.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements.
  • Assist delivery lead in project kickoff and planning.
  • Execute UAT/SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, and training sessions.
  • Install production builds, create database maintenance plans, and provide onsite support.
  • Reproduce reported issues, update patches, and perform installation and configuration tasks.
  • Support customer in PQ execution and interface configuration.
  • Document issues and deviations during on-site validation.
