Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining all financial transactions, including receipts, payments, sales returns, and purchase transactions.

About the Role

  • Manage day-to-day financial activities and maintain accurate records of cash books, bank books, etc.
  • Oversee accounting activities such as billing, taxation, filing returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books, and related tasks.
  • Possess knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, with current standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident Fund, etc.
  • Experience in processing expense bills, vendor payments, and inter-branch reconciliation / inter-bank transfers of RTGS and NEFT reconciliation.
  • Verify all financial accounts entries and correct any irregularities.
  • Proficiency in GST, E-way Bill, TDS, Tally, MS EXCEL, MS Word, etc.
  • Must have experience related to Direct & Indirect Taxes.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries of all financial aspects of the company.
  • Must have experience handling cases for EPF, ESIC, and Gratuity.
  • Ensure proper TDS deduction and timely deposit of tax.
  • Manage activities independently.
  • Experience in all financial activities like billing, all taxation & audit, filing tax returns,Balance Sheet/MIS, P/L sheet, Finalization of Books, and related activities.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
