ob Summary:

M/s Suntech Industries, an electrical items manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Manage and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage and lead a team of junior accountants and bookkeepers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
