Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Java Developer Lead to drive the technical direction and execution of our core platforms. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team in the design and implementation of complex, mission-critical solutions for the financial services industry.

As a Full-Stack Java Developer Lead, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from UI design to back-end deployment. You will lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) applications.

You will take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance, across the complete stack. Your role will involve mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of code quality, and making key architectural decisions across the entire stack.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3, as well as expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks. Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is also highly desirable.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
