Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in software development and delivery, with expertise in Java-based technologies.
- A proven track record as a Delivery Manager or Program Manager handling large, complex projects and teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of software delivery best practices, productivity optimization, and software architecture.
