Operations Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a background in machinery manufacturing, metal-oriented product manufacturing, or similar industries, and must demonstrate a track record of career longevity.

  • Ensure efficient, safe, and productive operations by overseeing the factory's daily activities.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets on time and within financial constraints.
  • Lead, train, and supervise production staff across all facility departments.

Maintaining equipment and machinery is essential to ensure optimal working condition and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with quality control teams to enforce quality assurance protocols and continuously improve product standards.

Foster a positive work environment and actively resolve operational issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years management experience in a factory setting; background in machinery, metal products, or similar manufacturing highly desired.
  • Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles.
