Product Leader Role

This is a leadership role in product development where you will be responsible for driving product innovation and enhancement. You will own and manage long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and roadmap for a product.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the product roadmap to align with the company's vision and strategy.
  • Lead the product life cycle management, including conceptualization, enhancement, go-to-market plan, launch, and continued evaluation.
  • Prepare, evaluate, and prioritize business cases/models for new business, new product development, and enhancement.
  • Responsible for understanding, defining, solutioning, and end-to-end timely delivery of customer requirements working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze industry or customer trends, competitive benchmarking, and contribute to product-related strategic planning.
  • Partner with the business teams in undertaking market and customer research initiatives to understand the market trends and customer needs to build products that create a unique value proposition to the customers.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of credit, debit, prepaid, forex products (for issuing).
  • Deep knowledge of merchant life cycle, clearing, settlement, payment, reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes (for acquiring) for both traditional payment methods (cards) and modern (UPI, RTP)
