- The ideal candidate will generate leads through regular corporate activities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Daily call reports must be submitted to the reporting manager for review.
- This role involves delivering solution-based selling with a consultative approach to high-value corporate clients.
- A strong brand presence across all assigned accounts and projects is crucial.
- Cross-functional collaboration (Product, NOC, Support, etc.) is essential for quick resolution of customer issues and improvement of CSAT scores.
- To acquire new clients and convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through strategic engagement and consistent follow-up.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues for higher customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Focusing on delivering consistent revenue enhancement month-on-month.
