A Senior Risk Management Professional is needed to lead our team in the implementation of comprehensive audit programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute audits/reviews in accordance with established auditing practices, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of compliance through engagement with clients/business units on meetings and fieldwork, ensuring alignment on audit observations and finalizing action plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all audit work papers according to quality standards.
  • Offer guidance on Enterprise Risk Management framework implementation and Control Self Assessments, reviewing programs for adequacy and recommending enhancements.
  • Deliver control awareness training programs through Business Process Controls, providing feedback on observations.
  • Serve as a resource for business units in implementing Ethics and Compliance programs, identifying/reporting unusual events/control violations and participating in Forensic Audits/Fraud Investigations as needed.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance requirements and best practices in Internal Controls, ERM, and Audit areas.

We measure success based on % completion of audit topics per plan, client feedback/survey results, risk identification/improvement recommendations, and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety expectations, Standards of Business Conduct, Ethics, and Compliance programs.

Requirements:
  • A Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant with relevant Internal Audit experience/Certified Internal Auditor.
  • 7-10 years of Internal Audit Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Manufacturing/Process industry.
  • Familiarity with Accounting Standards (Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRS), Accounting Consolidation, and financial reporting.
  • Forensic Reviews/Fraud Investigations experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office package, with technical skills in Database Systems.
