We are seeking a seasoned engineer to join our team and contribute to building products that redefine how daily wage workers access and manage their earnings, driving real-world impact at scale.

As part of a high-impact team, you'll have the chance to wear multiple hats, contribute across the stack, and shape the engineering culture alongside senior tech leaders.

You'll be building products that help daily wage workers. To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Promote best practices and hold yourself and your team to high engineering standards.
  • Care deeply about code quality, extensibility, and testability.
  • Understand trade-offs between speed, tech debt, and product delivery.
  • Communicate clearly about technical topics and progress.
  • Be empathetic to a diverse group of users and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements include experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS ecosystem, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Docker containers, AWS services like SQS, SES, MSK, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc. Bonus points for exposure to Retool or other low-code/internal tooling platforms, basic proficiency in Python scripting, and familiarity with GitHub Actions, JIRA, secret management, or Datadog.
