We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Use technology solutions to automate routine tasks and generate insights for informed decision-making.
  • Program manage integration of different systems.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR operational effectiveness and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR processes.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Implement measures to maintain culture of fairness, equity, and inclusivity within the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR Operations experience working with a workforce of 300+ or more employees.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR processes and systems that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
