Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager with 10+ years of engineering expertise to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading diverse teams, formulating strategies, and driving product development from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Development: Design, implement, and refine processes for product development, testing, and manufacturing to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  2. Team Management: Manage staff and allocate tasks to engineering and technical personnel to drive project success.
  3. Industry Expertise: Have experience working in the fintech industry with expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  4. Product Development: Lead teams in developing new products, solutions, and processes that meet customer needs.
  5. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product designs.
  6. Resource Allocation: Secure resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Portfolio: Proven expertise in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD, and proficiency in strategic management.
  • Personnel and Project Management Skills: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage stakeholders, and drive results-oriented project planning.
  • Technical Skills & Efficiency: Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to drive collaboration and innovation.
