Job Title: Client Service Executive
About the Role:
Aurakomms Media Pictures Pvt. Ltd is a creative agency that provides advertising, branding strategy, and digital marketing services.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills.
- They should also possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Multitasking, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key client accounts and take ownership of deliverables.
- Coordinate and plan for pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.
Bonus Points:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Experience in the advertising or media industry.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
