Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere. Familiarity with UI Path and IBM RPA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
  • Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organization's automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.
  • Design and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and participate in test plans.
  • Provide support to stakeholders (Internal) on RPA tools and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/status, addressing concerns/escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360) development.
  • Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries & programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
