  • Design and deliver functional technology solutions aligned with business needs, leveraging industry-leading tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Implement and own the automation strategy for the organization/project, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Define automation frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability, standardizing processes and reducing complexity.
  • Replicate frameworks across multiple squads for consistency, promoting a unified approach to automation.
  • Continuously fine-tune solutions to meet specific software, OS, tools, and hardware requirements, ensuring adaptability and flexibility.
  • Validate the implementation of best practices across automation teams, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise development.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to automation engineers, guiding their growth and professional development.
  • Architect tool integrations based on application architecture and the testing tools landscape, optimizing system performance and reliability.
