Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Support Lead to spearhead our frontend support operations.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the support team, prioritizing and managing multiple support tickets, and ensuring timely resolution and high-quality support delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, as well as proficiency in WordPress (themes & plugins). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, and experience in team coordination and task delegation are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Ticket Management: Understand, analyze, and prioritize frontend-related support tickets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Leadership: Distribute tasks to team members based on skillset and urgency, ensure timely resolution, and provide performance feedback.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress.

Required Skills:

  • HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery: Strong command of these technologies is essential for resolving frontend-related issues.
  • WordPress: Proficiency in WordPress themes and plugins is necessary for effective support delivery.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving ability is crucial for resolving complex frontend issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment is beneficial.
  • JavaScript Frameworks: Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.
