Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem.

  • You will develop and maintain the complete user interface (GUI) including interactive user forms, data listings, filters, and other UI components.
  • You will integrate these frontend components into the Liferay CE 7.4.x platform.
  • You will connect the entire frontend to our services by working with REST API clients.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the backend team to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conducting code reviews.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React framework.
  • Experience with REST APIs and understanding OpenAPI specifications.
  • Working knowledge of GitOps, including managing infrastructure changes via pull requests.
  • Daily use of Docker for local development with docker compose.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes from a user perspective.
  • Ability to read and understand Jenkins pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is a plus.
  • Experience with Liferay CE 7.4.x and Java is a major advantage.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
