Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Frontend Lead with expertise in Angular, React, and modern frontend technologies to drive the development of scalable, responsive, and user-friendly applications.

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of frontend engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration with UX/UI designers and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead frontend architecture and development using Angular and React.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams for efficient and effective workflows.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Oversee state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.
  • Drive efficient frontend build pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools.
