We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented product leader to join our product team. This pivotal role requires strong collaboration with product management and engineering teams, focusing on the execution of our product roadmap.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating product strategy into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring that development teams have everything they need to deliver high-quality features on time.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering squad and report to the Product Manager or a Director of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business value and product roadmap.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the sprint team, participating in Agile ceremonies and providing clarification on user stories and business requirements.
- Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria and dependencies, to ensure engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
- Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and original requirements before release to QA or production.
- Foster effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a product leadership, business analysis, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
