
High Net Worth Client Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- To acquire and maintain high net worth individual (HNI) clients through expert equity advisory and dealing services.
- Drive business growth by achieving sales targets, revenue enhancement, and diversifying product offerings.
- Develop new business opportunities from existing and new clients with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
- Strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones to expand the client base.
- Identify client requirements and gaps in current solutions, working to bridge these through innovative problem-solving.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4 to 12 years of experience in the broking industry in a similar role.
- Ability to effectively manage and advise top-end client relationships.
- Proficiency in equity and derivatives products, along with a solid understanding of the equities market.
- Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory for this position.
Education:
- Graduation or an MBA degree is required for this role.
