Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Management Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wealth management products, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
  • They should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • A proven track record of generating business growth through effective cross-selling and relationship-building is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and wealth management solutions to clients based on their needs and risk appetite.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates with clients to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in wealth management products and educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products.
  • Recommend suitable investment strategies and products to clients based on their investment preferences and risk profile.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of 12+ years.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, including AIFs and PMS.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) advantageous.
