Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the organization's digital vision and intelligent automation strategy by aligning with business objectives, building future-state data and process architectures, fostering a high-performing analytics team, establishing governance and best practices, delivering actionable insights, tracking performance, and ensuring effective execution and adoption of digital capabilities across the enterprise.

This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience through data-driven decision making.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading analytics and AI initiatives, with a strong track record of success in driving business outcomes.
  • Expertise in data engineering, analysis, reporting, and market research, with a deep understanding of statistical concepts and analytical tools.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, R, SQL, BI tools (Tableau, SAS, Power BI), and cloud-based data architectures including data warehouses, data lakes, and pipelines.
