Site Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Site Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our digital cafeteria platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless food service, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cafeteria Operations Management:
    • Manage daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
    • Supervise food preparation, plating, and presentation.
    • Address and resolve real-time operational issues effectively.
  • Client and Customer Relations:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
    • Collect feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
    • Share daily reports and updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Coordinate with vendors on daily menus, stock, and service times.
    • Ensure vendors adhere to our service level agreements and quality standards.
    • Monitor vendor conduct and professionalism.
  • Platform & Billing Support:
    • Provide assistance with menu updates, issue resolution, and user queries.
    • Ensure accurate and timely billing and order tracking.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain daily operational reports including sales, customer feedback, and incident logs.
    • Escalate site issues to the cluster manager or city lead as necessary.
    Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or business administration preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, facility, or hospitality operations.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to work with mobile apps and dashboards.
  • Leadership and team handling abilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
  • Ability to work at multiple client premises across Madurai.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional food service experiences.
