Job Opportunity: Assistant Vice President, Digital Employee Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital employee experience initiatives. As an Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational activities and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best value
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hire-to-retire operations and HRO
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow
  • Project management knowledge and transition exposure; ability to lead and build teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • End-to-end solution expertise; completed client projects in APAC region
  • Lean and Six Sigma knowledge; quality-driven approach
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility
