Electrical Design Engineer Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated professional to lead our Consumer Electronics Division as Lead Member or Leader. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and specify components such as PLC, VFD, Servo, Drives, Sensors, Switchgears, and Relays.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Fieldbus protocols like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, and Terminal Detail Generation.
  • Understand and apply basic safety measures such as light curtains, area scanners, and gate switches.
  • Lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Plan and execute projects involving conveyors, robot cells, and other specialized machinery.
  • Analyze and review electrical drawings.
  • Create lists of makes and architectures.
  • Develop budgets for projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop Signoff documents.
  • Conduct functional analysis and risk assessment for projects.
  • Review and validate designs.
  • List and release Critical Bought Out (CBO) components.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation.
  • 9-12 years of experience in a similar industry for Lead Members.
  • 14-18 years of experience in a similar industry for Leaders.
  • Proficiency in EPLAN is essential.
