Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced electric motor systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Involved in the design and development of BLDC, PMSM, and SRM motors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models for motors and controllers, utilizing CAD software to optimize design efficiency and accuracy.
  • Design Inputs: Provide critical design inputs and collaborate with designers to develop innovative 3D designs, driving project success.
  • Assembly & Parts Design: Design and create assembly parts, including drawings, to support the manufacturing process.
  • Proto Making: Engage in the prototype making process for new designs, working closely with cross-functional teams to refine and improve designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design, with a focus on electric motor systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
