Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role will involve working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for managing financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

In addition, you will work closely with portfolio companies to adopt best practices in financial planning, provide ongoing finance-related recommendations to leadership, and lead strategic financial analysis across teams.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to portfolio company fundraising and M&A decision-making, manage cashflow and prepare runway dashboard reports, and drive standardization and automation projects to improve process efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified CA, CFA, or CMA
  • 2+ years' experience in business finance at a high-growth company, top-tier consulting firm, or investment firm (VC/PE)
  • Strong knowledge in VC / PE / Fund operation - work experience in a fund will be a best fit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven financial modeling experience, including building financial statements, creating projections, and sensitivity analysis.
