Corporate Governance Professional

We are seeking an accomplished corporate governance professional to oversee the management of our company's compliance and adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position involves coordinating with stakeholders, Board of Directors, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of corporate governance practices. Key responsibilities include drafting resolutions, minutes, notices, agendas for Board Meetings and General Meetings, Committee Meetings, communications, and other secretarial documents.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in legal & secretarial work and a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. They should be able to manage statutory filings, Roc Return filing, RBI filing, and other related compliances.

In addition, the successful candidate will handle FEMA compliances relating to foreign direct investments, liaison with cross-functional teams, auditors on regulatory matters, and assist in internal audits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, as well as an MBA from a reputable business school and qualification as a Company Secretary.
