Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving success in performance marketing, with expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid media strategies.

  • The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • They will also collaborate with creative and tech teams to develop compelling ad creatives and smooth website flows.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C brands (Fashion & accessories).
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (conversion ads specifically).
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
