Technical Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project planning, development, and execution
  • Develop and manage realistic project estimates, plans, and metrics
  • Ensure all releases meet defined release criteria and are delivered as per commitment
  • Collaborate with Product owners and application specialists to groom the product backlog
  • Track team progress toward milestones/sprints using key performance metrics
  • Provide high-level and detailed project status and health reports
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project questions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management of software releases in an agile SW development environment
  • 6+ years of total software engineering experience with a thorough understanding of software product development
  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering leadership position managing a team of 10-15
  • Strong application development experience ideally with Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, .NET, etc.
  • Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, Chat bots is an added advantage
  • Experience in WebServices using REST, SOAP
  • Strong leadership competencies including strategic thinking, result-driven approach, building high-performance culture, and inspiring others
  • Experience running projects using agile development principles with industry-standard tools and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to interface and liaise between technical and non-technical audiences
