This role involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth.

As a true business generalist, you will be responsible for solving complex problems, managing key partnerships, supporting organizational level initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience in early stage startups and can context-switch between domains (marketing → sales → operations) without losing depth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Solving high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the sales team on initiatives to maximize revenue — identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Working closely with customer success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Managing key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Leading company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — improving onboarding processes and driving organizational health projects.
  • Supporting strategic hiring efforts — workforce planning and closing key roles, especially in sales, customer success, and operations.
  • Driving revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience in early stage startups on the business side.
  • A passion for business and sales, with the ability to get things done.
  • Ability to context-switch between domains (marketing → sales → operations) without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with the imperfections of early stage startups and able to operate in ambiguity.
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen.
