Tender Management Specialist

This critical role encompasses the entire tendering process, from bid preparation and submission to vendor registration and administrative tasks. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective tender management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Preparation & Submission:
    • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, FDRs, and DDs as per tender requirements. You will analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Clarify bid conditions and ensure seamless integration with company procedures.
  • Tendering & Portal Management:
    • Manage GeM Portal by creating categories, uploading products, and facilitating tendering processes.
    • Handle E-Tendering and respond to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring timely submissions and communication with stakeholders.
  • Vendor Registration & Coordination:
    • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals, fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
    • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop, leveraging your creative skills to enhance visual communications.
    • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks, including salary/attendance registers, ensuring efficient office operations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in business administration or a related field.
    • Proven experience in e-procurement and tendering, with a track record of success in managing complex tender processes.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and English/Hindi language proficiency.
    • Experience liaising with government bodies is highly desirable, but not essential.
