About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our demand planning efforts using Blue Yonder tools.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain planning and inventory management, backed by a decade of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage our data hub, ensuring seamless integration with Blue Yonder tools.
  2. Lead supply chain planning and inventory optimization projects.
  3. Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data quality and efficiency.
  4. Utilize SQL and programming skills to enhance system functionalities.
  5. Stay abreast of the latest trends in supply chain management and data integration.
  6. Work with clients to understand their problems, opportunities, and risks.
  7. Share industry best practices and be flexible to clients' unique circumstances.
  8. Execute each client's unique design within the BY TMS application.
  9. Utilize established PM processes and tools to illustrate progress and manage toward assigned task due dates, communicating updates to Teammates and Manager(s).
  10. Collaborate closely with internal and external client members to maintain progress and relationships.
  11. Participate and lead project meetings with clients.
  12. At times, leading technical project teams during the design, development, testing, and implementation of sophisticated application systems.
  13. Resolves complex support problems.
  14. Accountable for quality, completeness, and timely delivery of an assigned project.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management and data integration.
  2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse management and Planning modules.
  3. Experienced in integrating JDA ESP solution with JDA SCPO and other applications.
  4. Experience with ERP application integrations with WMS.
  5. Proficient in Blue Yonder supply chain planning tools.
  6. Technical knowledge in Planning and WMS platform.
  7. Hands-on developer experience with JDA Integrator.
  8. Strong understanding of supply chain functions and best practices.
  9. Experience with SQL and programming languages is highly advantageous.
  10. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  11. Strong understanding of IT standards, processes, and methodologies as applicable.
  12. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  13. Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  14. Highly organized with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
