Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced marketing automation specialist to design, implement and manage cross-channel campaigns.

  • Campaign Design & Execution:
    • Develop and execute complex multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard.
    • Configure technical workflows, external accounts, and delivery configurations.
  • Data Management & Segmentation:
    • Define and implement robust data models within Adobe Campaign to support campaign segmentation and personalization.
    • Manage data import/export, data quality, and data hygiene processes.
  • Technical Configuration & Integration:
    • Configure technical workflows, external accounts, and delivery configurations.
    • Collaborate with development teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with other marketing technologies and CRM systems.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Analyze campaign performance reports and provide insights for optimization.
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the implementation of effective marketing automation strategies.
  2. Design, configure, and execute multi-channel campaigns.
  3. Develop and manage data models to support campaign segmentation and personalization.
  4. Integrate Adobe Campaign with other marketing technologies and CRM systems.
  5. Analyze campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in implementing, configuring, and managing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, email marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or other scripting languages for workflow automation within Adobe Campaign.
Preferred Skills
  • Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Campaign certification.
  • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development.
