Skillful Marketing Automation Leader

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation roadmaps that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation and integration of marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage marketing automation for business advantage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with a strong background in data analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing marketing automation strategies, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as marketing automation tools such as Adobe Experience Manager.
