Recruitment Professional Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment expert to drive our talent acquisition processes in a global setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders, leveraging technology, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, preferably in a shared services environment, and will possess excellent stakeholder management and vendor management skills.

A strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should have exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms, as well as experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Manage and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.
  • Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection.
  • Implement and enhance recruitment automation/AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
