About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the school's strategic vision, drive initiatives to enhance reputation, and promote a forward-thinking academic environment.
  2. Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum design, development, and periodic review, foster innovative learning environments, and promote a culture of academic excellence.
  3. Research and Development: Encourage faculty to undertake impactful research, build partnerships, and secure grants for research activities.
  4. Administration and Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations, lead recruitment and evaluation of faculty and staff.
  5. Industry and Community Engagement: Establish industry ties, foster internships and career development opportunities.
  6. Student Success and Welfare: Promote student-centric policies, ensure support systems are in place.
  7. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:
  • Ph.D Degree in Law from a reputed and recognized University in India or Abroad.
  • A minimum of 15 years of academic or professional experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles such as Director.
