We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team. You will understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will coordinate with creative, digital, and operations teams for smooth execution.
It is essential that you maintain healthy client relationships by providing regular updates and insights. You will handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
Our ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client servicing is preferred, preferably in advertising/digital/marketing agencies.
Requirements:- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
