  • Act as escalation point for batch concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to guidelines, processes and policies.
  • Monitor attendance and progress of batches.
  • Conduct quality checks on learning delivery and student support.
