About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting with the preparation of transfer pricing documentations for multinational companies across various regions.

You will work closely with regional tax and finance teams to gather business facts, collate information, and analyze its appropriateness. This will involve reviewing market price information, including benchmarks, and identifying process improvements to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality information flow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work independently in an organized and systematic manner, with good interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentations for MNC entities across Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, and Americas.
  • Coordinate with regional tax/finance teams to gather business facts, collate information, and analyze its appropriateness.
  • Review market price information, including benchmarks.
  • Identify process improvements to maximize efficiency and quality of information flow.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or an MBA or a postgraduate degree.
  • 3-4 years' experience in Transfer Pricing projects, including preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, conducting benchmarking analysis, and preparing Tax Submissions.
  • Able to work independently in an organized and systematic manner.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with experience working with Big4 firms have an added advantage.
