Senior Structural Engineers are sought after to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors, project managers and construction managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures.

• Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, within budget.

• Work closely with clients and structural design and BIM engineers to produce creative designs.

• Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct on-time performance reviews.

• Implement quality management and continuous improvement programs.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.

• Ability to work independently on projects and handle teams.

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo and 3D structure modeling software.

• Experience with precast technology and hands-on experience in designing precast buildings.

• Structural design license.
